I visited local tourism and hospitality businesses in the constituency on yesterday which included The Seaside Museum and Cain’s Amusements in Herne Bay. I was accompanied by the Chair of English Tourism Week and Chief Executive of Visit Kent Deirdre Wells OBE in addition to staff members at both businesses.

I always enjoy visiting tourism and hospitality businesses in my constituency and meeting with the fantastic staff who work so hard in these businesses to provide visitors with amazing experiences.

After a tough few years - I urge everyone to get out and about as much as they can and take advantage of the wonderful attractions, landscapes, hotels and historic houses we have in the local area.
